First off, why call myself a novice “otaku”? Well, that’s because I am not a bona fide otaku, I do not excessively buy anime goods or participate actively in “insertcharacter’sname” shipping. You can just say that I am not an obsessive fan.
However, being yet another avid viewer of anime, I prefer slice-of-life and comedic animes and DETEST horrible shounen anime like Naruto where Deus ex Machina occurs every so often and lines like “I will not lose dattebayo!” exist.
I’ll be reviewing a couple of fall animes for a start as I am still learning the ropes of anime blogging, do bear with my entries as they may seem haphazard and incoherent initially, they’ll probably get better when I get the hand of it; the time at which I would be commenting more.
Do pardon me if I type illogically as I usually proofread several hours after posting.

Brilliant reviews! In doing research for my own blog I have visited many other anime blogs that claim their posts are “reviews” but all they really do is either scream about the parts of episodes they hate or inform their readers of how it should have been written. And for that matter, a majority of these sites claim they hate every anime all the time but never say which they do enjoy. I must say that it was very refreshing when I found your blog. Your reviews are truly reviews in which you analyze the content of episodes, extrapolate the hidden clues and then form your prediction for the rest of the season. Your blog is my favorite one to read. I just wanted to say “thank you” for your excellent reviews.
