Toradora! 25 [END]

What an impactful final episode. It’s interesting to see that many implications are used to advance the plot smoothly and effectively.

Toradora! 24

I must admit my jaw dropped when I watched this week’s installment of Toradora. I would never have thought that things would become as extreme as what happened.

Toradora! 23

I can’t help but notice that the animation quality was extremely poor for the first half of the episode. This was made up for by the amazing plot development, despite there being a tad bit too much angst.

Toradora! 22

The episode left me confused with Ryuuji’s true motives for lying to Taiga. He displays affection towards Taiga but the final scene implies that he would still go after Minori.

Toradora! 21
The current episode is the best of the lot, since many plot advancements occurred through believable coincidences(which were pretty humorous).

Toradora! 20

Falling sick is the perfect excuse to remove a crestfallen person from the plot for a limited time. Ryuuji picked himself up pretty quickly from the ordeal he faced. I’d assume he was bedridden for 5-days after the rejection. Thankfully he did not take the rejection negatively and start slashing his wrists.

Toradora 19
I’ve yet to understand what Minori thinks of Ryuuji, is she really interested in him? The situation is hitherto a contest of giving between two best friends. Toradora 18

I remember mentioning how I hate Ami, or rather Ami-chan. I take that back now as she is not the two-faced person she seems to be. She makes use of this to remind viewers constantly the underlying nature and principal of the relationship between characters, providing fresh insights to the above. She has played the role of an unexpected enigmatic know-it-all well.

Toradora OP, ED, OSTs

I was browsing through scans when I noticed a rather interesting marketing technique used in the OP, ED and OST singles, though I believe it has been used many times till the point of being overcliched. It seems that Toradora’s OP(S1), ED(s2) and OST cds will form “とらドラ!” when lined up in order, yes, the OP of S1 and ED of S2.

Toradora 17
I thought Toradora made a pleasant change in its image this week. The OP and ED gave me a different impression of Toradora altogehter. Everything from the opening sequence to the presentation of the episode(christmas) fitted really well with Minori’s depression and the various romance of characters.
